Excellent location on one of the
Excellent location on one of the most vibrant streets in Montreal. Small property that with with $20 parking in adjacent lot. Building needs requires some basic mantenance to make it a incredible value.

Mold growing in bathrooms...vomit stains on the couches. I think you can get what kind of place this is. I all be doing everything I can to get my money back. We didn't say, we switched hotels within 5 minutes

Oh the noise, the noise!
You failed to inform us that the hotel was undergoing a very badly needed renovation. The rooms were shabby. There was noise of drilling, hammering, etc. throughout the day. When we came back in the afternoon to rest, it was impossible. The staff was excellent, but we were very disappointed in your service. If we had known about this, we certainly would have booked somewhere else.

Great location but...
Location couldn't be better but the hotel was rather dated, could have been cleaner (my room had a distinct musty odor) and parking was an adventure. The rooms were decent sized but the bath rooms were very small. There weren't many other features to the hotel (pool, fitness room, valet, etc.). Parking was on adjacent surface lot and our rental was broken into so I highly advise not leaving anything inside (thank goodness we hadn't). This was a 2 star hotel at a 3 to 4 star price.

I loved the Italian restaurant next door, Angelo. Great place to eat! Very friendly staff.
