Good value for money
Spent a few days in Montreal and were looking for a not too expensive hotel. The hotel is in very central location. Staff is super friendly and was very helpful. Room very clean and functional. The heating was a bit too strong for the season (mid november) and could not be turned down. Breakfast was nice and good (only slight deceiption, the fruit salad was not fresh). But all in all, a very good choice and we will return.

secret hideaway
The room was very clean. It would have been nice if it had a steam iron. Breakfast was also good, too bad I wakeup late most of the time

A Great Place To Stay!
Hotel Le Roberval was a great find! The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that it was more like an condo than a hotel room, with a kitchen, nice sitting area with a couch, and a table and chairs for meals. The location was great with only a short walk to Old Montreal, a 10 minute walk to the Old Port, and a Metro stop right up the street. We will definitely stay there again.

Excellent location for the price
The hotel was nice. The room was clean and spacious. The location was excellent. It was within a 10 minute walk from the clubs, restaurants,and shops. There is an express bus that takes you from the airport to within a block of the hotel (cost 8 dollars).

Want to know a best kept secret
Want to know a best kept secret in Montreal? What a surprise when we stayed at the Hotel Roberval on November 5, 2010. Based on the price we payed online, we really were not expecting much, but the minute we walked into the lobby we were treated like expected guests in a much pricier hotel. The lobby was Clean and simple. The service at reception was better than we have received at highly rated hotels in Canada and the US, the elevator was Clean and functioning as it should, the hallway on our floor was Clean and bright and the room was a mini-suite which was Clean and very functional with a mini fridge, micro-wave, toaster, dishes and utensils and a clean up area. The bathroom was Clean and bright. The bed was comfortable and Clean. Did I forget to mention how everything was Clean and functioned well, as it should. We will definitely book again at Hotel Roberval, but let's keep the secret amongst ourselves.

Good location
The location of this hotel is superb...is very close to Quartier Latin and the 747 bus service will drop you from the airport at the next corner, only $7.00...amazing, and you can use the same ticket with the Metro and all public transportation for 24 hours...use it, is a plus...no problem to walk with your luggage from the bus stop.
