Everything went well except...
Parking is a ridculous price, especially since I am paying more than 150/night. It should be free for customers. The plumbing was awful. The tub backed up, so we were moved to another room, but the drainage was slow in this one as well, but as least it drained and the view was better. Cool for a short stay, but longer than two days is too long.

Great value near McGill campus
Our room was comfortable, including the beds. The hotel is a funny mix of updated and outdated, but we had no real complaints, except that the shower was horrible--extremely low water pressure. The location is perfect for folks visiting McGill or downtown Montreal.

Good for a weekend away with the guys
Stayed in the Executive Suite with 2 Queen beds. Room was big enough, "European Kitchen" was good enough to store some beverages in the fridge. Overall the room was fine, nothing special and could definitely stand to be updated. But for the location and price it was all that was needed.

Travelling from Paradise
Central location, comfortable rooms
I was not expecting much, based on reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and cleanliness of the room. Only quibble about the room .. a TV set from the distant past. Staff were generally helpful except for a surly clerk who checked me in. Internet was a reasonable CAD4.95 per night.
