Convenient city centre location
Very well placed in Montreal city centre. The staff were very polite, they bent over backwards to direct and answer questions. My only criticism is that the bed was a bit lumpy. A rate that included breakfast would have been appreciated.

Very small rooms
But comfortable and clean. The hotel online information mentioned that that parking was available at an additional cost. I had assumed the parking belonged to the hotel. It was actually public parking over the road and the prices had increased form what was advertised on the hotel web site. It was also outside so the freezing rain on my last night delayed my departure by about 45 minutes while I scraped the windows.

Our trip north of the border
The hotel is nothing special to look at from the outside but the room was good and the staff was very nice. Staff was very helpful with directions to transportation and a route to a suburban fair. The bathroom was rather small and we both had trouble imagining a large person being able to move around in it. The location is great, right in the middle of downtown shopping and dining area. There were many people on the streets well into the night, We visited the Expo 67 and 1976 Olympics sites, Old Montreal and watch some practice laps for a NASCAR race. The best was a hot air balloon festival. Overall we had a great time.

Good
The location is good. Just in downtown. The road Catherine is full of stores on sale including Apple,Guess, Adidas, Hugo, H&M etc. Walking to old city takes less than half an hour. The most important is it close to via rail station. Room is small but clean. In genaral, I like it and add one day to live there.

BEST WESTERN Montreal Downtown
Very reasonably priced in a very good location. Within walking distance of several attractions, the university, restaurants, metro and the convention hotel. The rooms are small but staff was very helpful and accommodating. Cleaning staff were excellent and made almost no noise even when cleaning a room next door!!! Free wireless a major plus. An excellent trip - I would stay there again

So Comfortable, So Nice, Great Location
The location of the hotel was great. Staff was so helpful, friendly. The bed and the bathroom were so comfortable. The room was small but because of the comfortabilibity we did not make it a problem. There was a caffee machine, and complimentary teas and coffees in our room everyday, we loved that!There was a cafe in the lobby level for only breakfast, which was also very good. You can find ATM machine, coifoure, bar in the lobby level. The price for such a god hotel is great!
