Great hotel location - ski in/ski out. Staff all very friendly and helpful although not enough staff at the cafe area in the mornings. The heated pool and jacuzzis lovely after a day skiing but at least one of the jacuzzis was shut every day for various reasons which meant it was sometimes overcrowded. I also think that parking at the hotel should be much cheaper if not free, other than that the Fairmont is a great luxury hotel in a great skiing resort

Friendly Service
Mont Tremblant is a wonderful summer destination for families. We plan to return with grandchildren. Fairmont outdoor pool is warm. Hot tub for adults surrounded by gorgeous flowers. Fast elevators inside but outside steep stairs might be a problem for some visitors.

Definitely try the luge. It's fun for all ages. They let toddlers ride with a parent.
