Hotel good, ancillaries items not so goo

Specifically asked about parking for light truck and trailer, 48', and was told no problem. All spots were taken by buses, approx 23. Parked 200' down hill and had to walk up and down. Promised transportation did not appear when asked for. Staff were very nice when asked about concerns, but when it came time to produce, the left hand didn't know about the right.
