Family getaway

The exit to the hotel from the high way is very tricky. We got lost on the first try. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very courteous. We wanted to upgrade to a suite but we were told that was not possible because we have prepaid our stay with orbitz. They have no wireless Internet and the cost to plug in to the network and access Internet is $10.00/day. They also have a bottle of water in the room that you should not touch or they will charge you $5.99 for it. It is ridiculous when you can buy so much of water with that cost at Costco whihc is not too far away. There is no free water at the hotel you have to bring your own water.

Money-saving tip: Short drive from hotel

Buy yourself bottled water at Costco or any other store or you will spend a fortune at the hotel.

Top Notch!!

People knew how to get everywhere. Service was great. Place was centrally located. Only drawback was you have to have a car. No hidden costs. Up front about everything just ask.

Great Hotel, OK Location

It made it seem like the hotel was much closer to Montreal than it actually is. It is a very expensive ($45) cab ride or a long trip on the Metro. The hotel is great, the pool area could use some work though. The food at the hotel is wonderful and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The mall is nearby, as well as a few other restaurants.

across the highway is the Laval mall, lots of the same stores as in the US, but still pretty cool and has some restaurants inside
