Relaxing room with lodge
It was a lovely room with hardwood floors and our own entrance and deck overlooking the bay. We had goatsmilk soap in our shower! The breakfast was served in the main lodge, with antique furniture and comfy chairs, real wood fireplace burning because it was raining. We stayed and played a game in a connected living room, but could have had a swim in the outdoor heated pool. We wish we had gotten to try dinner at the restaurant.

PEI seaside getaway
Arrived in Stanhope, PEI late in the day. Hotel is on the water, very nicely sited, adjacent to a renown provincial park. The lobby/lounge area has more well-stuffed armchairs than I have ever seen in any other single location. Rooms are very small; bathrooms likewise. Our room also had a small refrigerator, which is always convenient. Good WiFi. We only stayed the one night. Would be a nice place to hang out for longer, visit the park several times, walk along the waterfront and relax.
