Good Hotel

I like the hotel, but the location is not very good, because is far from downtown. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive. Just the breakfast is not good, also has no variety, and nobody explains how things work.

Pay a few extra dollars to stay somewhere closer

They had to call Orbitz to confirm my reservation because I had to change it prior to checking in, meanwhile they took other customers before us and made us wait even longer. Also, the air in the room didn't work very well so the room was humid and smelled terrible!

Nightlife tip: Short drive from hotel

This hotel requires a taxi ride to and from downtown which will cost you about 22.00 total, not including a tip. Travelodge and Holiday Inn Express are right downtown.

Bring your own coffee

Expection: When there are 2 guests there should be 2-coffee packs, 2 cups, 2 cream- 2 sugar -2 no sugar sweetners 2 tea bags. Night 1- One coffee no cream Night 2- No replenishments at all As a security depeosit they ran my AMX for authorization of $50. At check out they did not want to return or destroy that authorization??? Made no sense to me why they would want to keep it. I wrote void and had a copy made. Reception seemed put off but its not her credit card...
