Wifi weak signal that goes out at times. Desk staff professional but not really outgoing or friendly. Housekeeping staff very friendly and accomodating. Hotel is located less than half a block from Tunnel to USA entrance. Quiet except for Saturdays when young people from the US come to take advantage of Ontario's lower drinking age. Then its a bit rowdy and noisy but I didn't mind. I think staff tries to keep them confined to a specif floor or area of the building. Breakfast is very weak. Just basically toast and coffee. No fresh fruit, 3 choices of cold cereal. weak watery juices. Really bad coffee! The place is ok for the money but don't expect perks.

Personal business
Room adequate. No microwave or refrigerator as advertised on this travel site. Wifi slow and drops. (Not enough routers? Or poor placement ) room clean. Cleaning crew friendly but front desk folks (not all) unsmiling and curt. Continental breakfast skimpy. Just 2or 3 breads, cold cereal and watered down juice and coffee. No hot food or e en fresh fruit. If you stay Saturday night be prepared to tolerate noisy drunken teens here from the states taking advantage of younger drinking age and downtown clubs. Place is ok for the money though. Clean and relatively comfortable.

Just the basics
Just stayed here to avoid staying in Detroit to see a football game.A warm roof over your head, a bed, a working bathroom with shower. Located in Downtown Windsor, walking distance (10 minutes) to the casino (or everything else in Downtown Windsor). Next to a McDonald's and the place was packed with drunken kids.Nothing great, nothing terrible, just basic accomodation.Maybe not best for families.

nice trip
i took my wife to windsor for her birthday. we had a fun time at a few bars and had a very nice stay at the days in. people were friendly and helpful, i would come back.

You get what you pay for.
The hotel definitely needs to be updated, and the whole place felt humid for some reason. The staff was great and parking was good as well. It was a quick walk to get down to the riverfront. For the price, it wasn't bad, but I was hoping for a bit more.
