Over night stay
No hot water in the rooms they put us in. Once we advised them, we were put in new rooms only to find out early the next morning before our flight we still had no hot water for showers.

Six Foot tall
A bed for you head.
Met my needs for this trip. Can use a face lift in the rooms. One of the gym machines need repaire.

Terrible experience!
Wow. It looked good from the internet and the lobby was fancy, but the rooms were like from the 80's and gross...Staff was so very rude. I was charged $12/day for parking and nickle and dimed the whole time. There is nothing around to speak of, especially with kids and the pool was terrinble.

"The good, the bad, and the really ugly"
Hi everybody and to all this may concernI arrived in the evening on Wedensday the 27th of July with a plan to stay till the 31st, I got a bite from somthing a bed-bug or don't know exectly and the 1st day while meeting with pepole got tamputere with an infection on the right foot as hour by hour it got biger and worser, till i start to call everybody for a flight home, I called air canada, I called United and everybody [...] and after 3 hours of trying i finnely got a fleight back for almost $800.00 and i left the Hotel and they didn't want to give me any credits[...]
