harbour castle lover
relaxing stay
Hotel is right on the lake in the heart of the Harbourfront district, within walking distance of nice restaraunts, bars, clubs, sports locations, theaters, etc. Restaurant located inside (on top of) the hotel is elegant and romantic. Parking downtown is limited and the valet service was $40 to park at the hotel, and $20 to "park about 1-2 blocks away). Being familiar with downtown Toronto, I chose the $40 hotel valet. This location really does have it all- peaceful waterfront views, hustle-bustle of the big city, shopping, nightlife, eateries all within walking distance.

Toronto is not inexpensive. Be prepared to spend a little extra. Service in the hotel was good, but service overall in Toronto is not like the US (NY). Its generally slower and not as professional. Many times you must ask for your check- they wont just bring it to you quickly.

Upscale and Well Run
Check in was great even though we arrived early. Service was excellent in all areas of the hotel. The rooms were modern, well-appointed, spotless and I had an awesome water view. I was there for business, and this was the nicest hotel in Toronto I've stayed at.

Good location for long Toronto weekend
Hotel is in a great location to easily walk to fun stuff to do in Toronto. Also, streetcar stop is just down the block, so if you need to go a little farther afield, that's pretty easy, too. Quiet hotel, nice rooms. Only complaint was they didn't clean my room one of the 3 days I was there.

Great Stay at the Westin Harbour Castle
Staff was friendly, helpful and provided an unexpected upgrade to a wonderful room. Good food in the lobby bar. Didn't eat/drink on the top of building restaurant but would if I had time.

Good value
We booked the room through orbitz for about $120 a night and were extremely pleased with the value. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal as we were in town for the Red Sox series and the hotel was a 15 min walk to roger center. The parking was expensive, about $40 a night valet. I don't know if there was any other option for parking though. I'd stay here again and recommend it to others.

The Westin, great hotel horrible parking
The hotel was very nice and very clean. The only thing was the parking. They wanted $40 a night for valet, or $20 a night for self parking which was 2 blocks away! So it's a very nice hotel, but be prepared to pay A LOT for parking if you stay there!

First rate
The hotel was extremely nice, great location. I had a fabulous view of the river, the bathroom was wonderful, the bed so comfortable. Staff nice and efficient. Overall an exceedingly pleasant experience.
