Scenic Wonder!

The staff person at check-in was very friendly, efficient and helpful. When my associate arrived for our meeting, we had a quiet place to discuss our business concerns and the view made the atmosphere relaxed and easy to focus on our work. We enjoyed the rest of our time catching up with each other's summer adventures and went for an early dinner at the Terminal, just a few steps away. The location is great, with easy access to Harbour Front locations and to public transportation. The only thing that was annoying was the charge for internet access, which for a full service hotel of this calabre I found surprising. Nevertheless, it was a first class experience overall and I would stay there again any time.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

For a light, casual meal, the Queen's Quay Terminal has many dining options, as well as being an interesting historical site, with shopping, entertainment and recreational activities suitable for couples, out-of-town guests and families.

second visit

everything was great just like the week before, however the room service was nothing like the week before I would like to think the problem was that they were short handed due to the festival that weekend. If that was not the problem or reason I would be terribly disappointed. that would explain why the maid would not take the tip.

Good location for long Toronto weekend

Hotel is in a great location to easily walk to fun stuff to do in Toronto. Also, streetcar stop is just down the block, so if you need to go a little farther afield, that's pretty easy, too. Quiet hotel, nice rooms. Only complaint was they didn't clean my room one of the 3 days I was there.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

Kensington Market-- some of the coolest vintage stores I've ever been to. All lined up in a neat row down Kensington.
