Not what the Sheraton used to be

The hotel was in a great location but the hotel room itself could have used some updates. The bathrooms didn't have much counter space and the tub was leaky, rusty, and the stopper didn't work. I usually take showers in the morning but at night, after being out all day, I like to take a nice hot bath....couldn't do that here!!!

Location, Location, Location!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our experience at the Sheraton Hotel. We opt for convenience over a ton of ammenities we typically won't use. For couples, keep in mind that the Sheraton does not have queen sized beds, so for our get-a-way in Toronto we had to sleep in separate beds.

GREAT, with exceptions

Very friendly. Great location. Beautiful views. Great rooms. Problems: the pay on demand movies did not work for days and we asked to watch in a different room but was denied. The other hotel guests were VERY noisy. The jacuzzi didn't really work. The fitness room, though, was fabulous. All in all, I would definitely return, though.

Great hotel

The hotel has a good location in Toronto downtown. Walking distance to many attractions, e.g. CN Tower, and to the subway station. The room is clean and neat with a view from a high-rise building if you are lucky. It would be even nicer if the weather is better (not so windy).

Time-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

Hotel provides no free parking. Park your car across the Queen Street West and inside the city hall parking area. Weekend rate is $6/day, which means that you pay $12 if you park your car on Saturday evening and pick up on Sunday morning, or park your car on Sunday evening and pick up on Monday morning.
