It would be tough to stay any closer to the action than at this stylish and convenient hotel in the heart of Toronto's entertainment district. Parking!

This was our first time at the hotel. We drove. Parking is difficult to find. Its part for the Blue Jays Stadium parking...underground....and cost $20 per night! Also the tv remote didn't work too well and the health club was closed. The best thing was the view directly over the ball park and the closeness to everything down town. (Though ours was a city view, there are rooms that face the field.) Try to get a room that has a view directly over the field.

Nice downtown location

The Renaissance Hotel was centrally located to many of the sights we wanted to see. Our check-in was not pleasant due to an error of being assigned an already occupied room. But, when we told the hotel staff the situation, they apologized profusely and upgraded us to a suite, which was very nice. The breakfast dining in the Arriba restaurant was nice overlooking the Blue Jays stadium.

Entertainment tip: Short walk from hotel

Theaters within a couple a couple of blocks of the hotel. The CN Tower is only about a block away.
