Couple's Get away
The Hotel is very nice and reasonably price for its location to downtown Toronto. The room was nice and clean as well as comfortable. The only drawback was other guests were very noisy and had no consideration for other occupants on the floor

Sightseeing tip:
Short drive from hotel
Go to downtown Toronto which is only a 10 min drive. A lot of shopping, dining, and what I would call a mini times square. Also check out the CN tower, it's a must

A little small, but worth it for the night
Upon arriving to the hotel, I was blown away at how pretty the lobby was. I wish I could have explored the rest of the hotel because I would have liked to see what else they had to offer, but I was busy. The parking was overpriced, but other than that, I had a great experience.

Family Sports Trip
We stayed again at the Ramada Plaza Hotel because it has everything we need, especially rooms with 2 queen beds, underground parking, decent rates and a good location. It is near shopping, the subway, restaurants and right across the street from the botanical garden. You can walk to the subway in 10 minutes or less, and be at the Air Canada Centre or Rogers Centre in 4 subway stops. The hotel staff is great and responds to requests in less than a minute. This was the 5th or 6th time we stayed there and we've had a positive experience each time.

Short walk from hotel
It's only 2 long blocks to the subway or to Yonge Street for shopping and restaurants. It's hard to beat the location and the hotel is nice and the staff is excellent.

Great unexpected amenities
I didn't expect the large amount of space! There was a separate living room area with flatscreen, cable, bar fridge and microwave, and the bedroom also had a large flatscreen, with large desk and workspace, and walk-in closet. The pool is small and shallow, the hot tub is fair, the sauna and steam room are amazing!

Good Location
It was an average hotel. Wireless wasn't free, parking wasn't free. The bathroom was very small. The bed, on the other hand, was enormous.

Good for the necessities
My brother and I booked the Ramada Plaza for it's price and location. The hotel pretty much gives you what you pay for - the room and bathroom were small, and the hotel shares it's fitness center, sauna and pool area (which are also small but adequate) with condominiums. The hotel itself is simply adequate - a good place to sleep while you run around Toronto. It's a VERY short walk from the nearest subway - which is the easiest way to get around the city and get into the true "downtown" area. There is also an adorable park across the street and a Tim Horton's around the corner - which you may need to visit since the hotel offers no type of continental breakfast. The hotel restaurant was rarely busy, but the food was decent. Overall - I'd stay somewhere else next time, BUT if you are looking for a place to sleep while you traipse around Toronto - this is the place for you.

Time-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
Take the subway at College Station to get everywhere in Toronto. It's clean and efficient, and for one fare you can ride the loop around. It's the College Station, but you get it by walking down Carlton Street, right around the corner from the hotel.
