Pleasant surroundings, staff and bar. Restaurant next to hotel is convenient and good rooms need to be upgraded with more amenities. eg no hooks for towels or robes in bathroom. shower door leaked water onto floor no water glasses. could use some shaving/makeup mirrors faucet loose and difficult to use. huge bathroom sink, but no counter space

Good location
Typical tourist trip to Toronto. Side trip to Niagara Falls. Very helpful Hotel staff recommended car rental place a two minute walk from hotel.

Pantages = chic rooms and central locale
Solid restaurant recommendations, helpful staff. We loved the generously-sized and gorgeous rooms plus great price and perfect location next to Dundas Square (but still on a quiet street). My only complaint is that I pre-paid for both my own and my friend's room here on Cheap Tickets with a Mastercard. My friend just informed me that the hotel asked for his credit card upon check-in for incidentals but ended up charging him for the room. Other than that gaffe, zero complaints.
