Great Canadian Adventure

The staff at the hotel was great. The concierge helped to acquire 6 tickets to a sold out Maple Leafs game. Everything was in walking distance. Check in-check out was a breeze.

Great weekend in Toronto

Room was very clean and comfortable. Nothing special in terms of decor or amenities - just average. All employees were quite helpful and friendly. This hotel is in walking distance to the Rogers Center as well as Toronto's theater district as well as many great places to eat, and many night clubs. Even from the 14th floor, the music late into the night was quite loud and kept a couple of people in our party from sleeping well.

Would definately return....

It was a very excellent hotel. While we were there we visited the CN tower which was literally a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, an excellent boat trip to the secluded islands on the coast of Toronto which lasted about 30 mins-1 hour and also great shopping malls. Also they had coaches and bus tours which would pick you up straight from your hotel and take you to Niagara falls about 1-2 hours away which would also include stops to the town of Niagara On the Lake. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and we would definately visit again.

Time-saving tip: Not Applicable

Try to do the CN Tower early in the day to avoid the queues. We got there about midday, and to get to the top deck, took about an hour, even though the two elevators themselves are only a minute each.

Not safe, Things stolen in parking lot

We parked at the hotel underground Parking Lot (paying 25 dollars per night). The next morning we found out somebody broke into (broken window) the car and stole our things. The parking lot is completely unattended and not safe. We needed to stay another night to get the car fixed but they hotel was asking more money that I paid for the first night. Very bad experience. THe hotel is not responsible for the security of their parking lot.
