Excited Vacation almost ruin

This Hotel is the worst Hotel i ever been in, nothing about it was Good, it started out bad from the start. I believe if they are rebuilding they should close down til funish, instead they keep putting people into these nasty and bad smelling rooms. If you choose to stay there asked for the funish rooms. There are also bugs in the bed and room. They even forgot to clean the room at some time. Some of the front desk staff are rude, even to my children. They need better customer service. The free breakfast is a joke, my family and i went down to breakfast 1 out of 5days, it did not even worth getting up to go to breakfast. It was just bread, juice and some pastries. I have been to better Hotels for less money.

Dr's Appt. next day

Hotel needs a lot of renovating - they are in the process right now - but a long way to go yet. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would consider staying there again BUT NOT UNTIL COMPLETELY FINISHED WITH THE RENOVATIONS.

General

The room was below my expectations. I have stayed many times at the HoJo on Highway 7, about fifteen minutes from the HoJo on Metropolitain. It is much cleaner on Highway 7. I stayed only one night, and did not use the amenities such as pool and dining room. The room was stuffy. Also the bed was too soft.

Shopping tip: Short drive from hotel

The hotel is located south of the 401, near Warden Avenue. Later in the evening it took me only 15 minuted to drive from Yonge and Eglington back to the hotel. Great.

Very bad

Room condition is very bad, smell, AC is not working right and old. Sliding door does not work, sticky and can not lock. You have to put an aluminum stick behind so people can not open it. Can not sleep at night due to broken door.
