Why no WiFi for Silver customers

I didn't get the King Bed room what I wanted and what's in my regular customer profile. But biggest disappointment was that I didn't get the WiFi either.

Really nice hotel, a keeper

The kids really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. We all thought the food from the hotel was really good and reasonable. They location was great and the beds were extra comfortable. Only improvement for us would be if it allowed pets.

perfect central location

My son and I stayed at the hotel to attend winterlicious. The location was perfect in heart of things and easy access to public transit. The concierge was most helpful with reservations and directions. The room was comfortable and clean. Did not like the feather pillows. They need to have alternate pillows in the room for people with feather allergies. Very satistied with the hotel.

Good, but some noisy guests

Very good experience - we get a great deal - $250 for three nights in the downtown Hilton. Great location (direct access to PATH). Beautiful view. Spacious room. Helpful staff. Would rate it five stars if there were not some very noisy banging on the doors (not ours though) in the middle of the night.

Fantastic Family Getaway

We had gone to a convention, and stayed at the Hilton. This hotel was amazing. The service of the workers was amazing and everyone was very kind and very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and will come back. Only two things i did not like. The price of the parking was a little tooo expensive and also the breakfast for travelers was also too pricy. I would of like just to be a little bit cheaper. But overall very good :)
