Fun, comfort and plenty of amenities at family-friendly downtown hotel
Pleasing everyone in the family is no easy task, but the staff at the Delta Chelsea Inn aim to do just that. Hotel team members were very rude, We stood in line waiting to get checked in for 15 minutes. The room we booked was not ready, and looked nothing like the pictures from the website. Over all, nice location, bad attitudes from workers.

Check in was fine until they declined my CC and really didn't want to hang around while I called the CC company. I called anyway, only to find out that Visa had no problem and said the issue was most likely with the hotel's system. When Visa offered me an authorisation code to give to the hotel, they declined to receive it... Very odd but they accepted the card in the end anyway. The hotel key worked first time! Room was well appointed but the digital clock was not set to the right time nor could my husband or | figure out how to set it. There were some stray hairs on the bath room floor... Bed and pillows were lovely though. Breakfast was neither here nor there. Overal, average hotel and stay.

Convenient location, helpfull staff, clean room
Overall a positive experience and good value. While the lobby and restaurants were quite nice, the guest rooms and hallways were a little tired.

Downtown Toronto Experience
The hotel was nicely appointed and right in the middle of downtown so it was a great spot to depart from on walking adventures. Free Wi-Fi (which is always a plus) and the friendly staff made for a nice business trip. My room had a balcony and it was nice to step out and enjoy the hustle and bustle of downtown from a safe distance. Only one comment to the negative; the room arrangement felt a little cramped with the TV too close to the foot of the bed but the writing/computer desk and arm chair made it alright. Would stay again.

Try to avoid landing between 5-7pm as the hotel is about 24 km from the airport and rush hour makes this trip 40-50 minutes but if there is a game expect it to take over 1 hour due to traffic.

worth it for the price
Well located and the hotel was not expensive. Not a luxury hotel, but for the price, everything was acceptable. I'd stay there again if I was on the same budget.

Very good, but some edges need burnishing
Very nice place, location, and amenities, but: (1) charges for in-room Internet are ridiculous at these prices; (2) TV remote had the channel numbers almost all rubbed off; (3) They're wasting water as the shower/bath diverter was leaking.

Very nice
Location is absolutely fantastic! I could have done having wi-fi in the room instead of having to come down to the lobby with my ipad to do work.
