Cosmopolitan Toronto - A Great Weekend for Couples

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Cosmopolitan over the Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful stay. The location cannot be beat, we were close to the Air Canada Centre where we saw the Leafs Season Opener, plenty of great restaurants within walking distance including the St Lawrence Market (a must visit, but closed on Sundays), and the Hockey Hall of Fame (it was a bit of a hockey weekend because she's an avid fan {though not of the Leafs}). Check-in was smooth, but took a little longer than expected especially because it was so late at night and there were two staff to expedite the process. The wine bar is nice, though they do not stock all selections on their wine list. Otherwise we were very pleased.

Check our Fran's or Cora's for a hearty breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. We ate at both and were very happy.

Very centrally located to all downtown attractions

Great location, confortable rooms with separate living room and kitchen with all appliances. Great having spa on premises; however, did not find some of the staff very friendly.

beautiful rooms.

loved the fact that the room gave the feel of living in a beautiful petite loft in downtown toronto. within walking distance of great markets and cafes. Design and security feature were wonderful. my only complaint would be the wireless internet service at $12 a day did not provide a reliable enough connection to even check my e-mails.

Hidden Gem

The Cosmopolitan Toronto was cosmopolitan indeed. The hotel is contemporary, private, and feels like you've found a little known secret. The rooms are a home away from home in their design and layout; very urban, modern and without a lot of clutter. It is rare that staying at a hotel on a business trip seems like such a treat.

Great Home away from Home - very relaxing

The Cosmopolitan was a wonderful experience. Very polite staff and full of usefull information. The room and spa are ideal for the relaxation need to recharge your body, soul, and spirt. The rooms were large U shaped, with a sleeping area, reading area with a plasma screen TV, and a full kitchen. the washroom was on the opposite side of the room great for privacy while staying with a guest. The only unfavorable experience was we did request late check-in and valet was NOT availible(they were full) but staff was great and prompty took care of it. We enjoyed it so much we decided to stay an extra day to relax. It is located toward the lake half a block off Yonge street walking distance to the water front and many attractions, shopping(Easton center mall), Dining (houstons , ect..) and nightlife. I would book my room here again and have told many friends traveling to toronto for business and pleasure. ENJOY!

Cute and Chic

Room was very cozy with an apartment feel. Staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel location is great, although the hotel itself is tucked away(which I liked) it is only a few blocks away from many different restaurants. Only problem was parking, there are only 25 spots for the entire hotel so make sure you reserve a spot.
