Comfortable rooms and affordability make for a great downtown choice
The clean and comfortable Bond Place Hotel enjoys an excellent downtown location within walking distance of many of Toronto's most popular attractions. Perfect location
The hotel has a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did not have a free WI-FI and parking. It was a nice fridge and coffeemaker in the room. Floor in the room was dirty.

Three star hotel Toronto

Perfectly Minimalist
I felt as though I was staying at an IKEA store. Everything was simple, spartan, cleanly and utilitarian. Bond Place met my needs and was a good value for the $$$. No bells or Whistles, but no complaints.

friendly spartan
The hotel is not much to look at from the outside, but perfectly nice on the inside with modern clean lines and furniture. The staff is very friendly. The hotel attracts a very young crowd, in town for hockey games and parties. But they weren't loud. The room is very clean and efficient. Small fitness center is clean too.

Very convenient location
Only 3 subway stops from train station, with streetcars just outside the door. Staff willingly provided a lighter blanket in lieu of the overly heavy comforter many hotels think we need. But the refrigerator whined the whole time--its normal operation--and I had to use earplugs to sleep. Why do hotels think we need them? I've never seen a quiet one--that's why I always travel with earplugs.

Great Value
Excellent Location. Near all sights and off course Dundas Square. Very near to Metro and only an hour ride to Pearson International Airport. Loved it, looking forward to come back again! A lot of restaurants nearby and so no problem of trying different food.

Great location without paying big bucks!
A block from Eaton center, subway station and all the actions; 20 minutes leisure walk to Chinatown on West Dundas street. Basic room does not cover WiFi but my iPhone picks up free 'wirelesstoronto' wifi signal with no problem and I was staying on the 9th floor! Will stay there again.
