BOND PLACE HOTEL

Staff was very unpleasant. My room did not get cleaned when I left. Wifi is not free. Furniture in the lobby was worn out. Rooms were extra small. Almost missed my flight due to people at front desk checking me out in slow motion. Location is good.

everyone was friendly and helpful. the only thing I don't like is how the bathroom doors are. They slide to somewhat close but are not swing to close doors. Everything is right there by the hotel including the subway and even a place to exchange your money with no fees!. I have stayed here several times and will continue.

The accommodations were great, but we found a few things that were embellished online and turned out to just not be as extraordinary, just as was the "juicery" that in fact had little to no juice options. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

Cheap and good for a weekendtrip. In the middle of everything..wifi too expensive. Rooms are clean and price is nice.

We weren't in the room very long, but the hotel staff was extremely nice, room was tidy, and a perfect spot to crash after the concert. Located in a pretty central area so venues were easily accessed! Great value!

The Bond Place Hotel is located on Dundas Square and it it very easy to access the metro and underground path system to get to all of the city's attractions.

The room was just as described it. Clean. pretty and in a perfect location for you to be able to see a lot of Toronto. It was our first time in Toronto and we loved it how easy to get around from there .

The hotel was within my budget, clean and the staff was very friendly. Located right in the heart of the downtown area and within walking distance to Chinatown, Kensington market, Art Gallery, Eaton mall, restaurants, buses and trains.

Overall we had a great stay at the Bond Place Hotel. The room was wonderfully decorated and was very clean. Our room had two twin beds, which were very comfortable. The pillows were rather firm and hurt our necks, but the comfort of the beds made up for that. The walls of the room were kind of thin, so we heard slamming doors and voices at night, but nothing too inconvenient- we just ignored the noise. The location is fantastic!! Right in the heart of the city, in Dundas Square. Within walking distance of several cute (non-chain) coffee shops, pubs, and shops. I did not have a car or use public transportation- we were able to walk everywhere (to include the harbourfront, CN Tower, Rogers Center, Distillery District, St. Lawrence Market, the university, etc). The hotel has two computers in the lobby for (free) guest use; however, there were usually lines to use them so I was only able to use the computer once. I did not use any of the other amenities offered by the hotel, so I cannot comment on them. The hotel arranged for us to take the Airport Express Bus to the airport upon our departure, which was convenient and appreciated. The bus cost us $40 for two people ($20 each), but if you book it solo, it costs an individual $24 or $26 (can't remember which). So if you plan on taking the airport shuttle, it pays to bring a friend! We had a pleasant stay and will consider staying here again if we return to Toronto.

The hotel is really simple but it has everything you need, the staff is very nice and they try to help you as much as they can, the rooms are small but conftable, The best thing is that you just have to cross the street and you arrive to the eaton centre!!
