BOND PLACE HOTEL

The staff were very helpful..and the room is good enough for the price. It was int he center of Toronto.. Eaton Center is a few steps away :) a good walk to CN tower and China Town..

the Hotel was nice and clean. the location was wonderful. it is just 2 blocks away from the eaton centre and easily accessible by bus, taxi or the subway.

Good location and clean! Nice staffs except one person! When I check in, I said that I don't wanna Maintenance. However, they opened my room. Little bit noisy because of heater. But, I would like to stay here if I have time to visit Toronto again.

Excellent, great location right in the centre of Toronto, we could walk to the Eatons Centre in five minutes. Would stay here again. Coffee was very good also.

Got a good price and the location was good. Impressed by the lobby, clean with nice coffee shop, but got to the room and it was small, grungy, outdated. No real business center, just a couple of computers that you had to pay to use for something as simple as printing a boarding pass. If your just looking for a cheap place to crash this will do the job, just don't expect to much more.

I was attending a conference at the Toronto Convention Center and did not want to pay the price premium of hotels within walking distance. The hotel is an easy 10 minute $3 subway ride away. It is popular with tour groups so be prepared for elevator congestion if you happen to want to leave simultaneously with a group. Rooms are small, but comfortable. Great Espresso Bar in the lobby.

This hotel is located just off of Dundas Square and is wonderfully clean. The hotel is well run and has helpful concierge. Minutes from the TTC, underground, the Eaton Center, and trolleys. We spent our time sight-seeing and this hotel could not have been more central and perfect for our uses. Also wonderfully inexpensive for it's locale.

I stayed at Bond Place Hotel for a work meeting and was pretty unimpressed for the price. The lobby area is a bit cold feeling, the doorman didn't get out to greet me before I was in the door (and it was late so I would have accepted help, for once), and the desk folks were ...kind of apathetic, really. Elevators and the hallway were also kind of 'eh', although the room was nice enough. It looks like a nicer version of an Ikea bedroom - clean lines with simple wood furniture. If you find the price agreeable it is definitely good enough to stay in - no problem there - but the staff left a lot to be desired. My toilet did not look entirely clean when I checked in (there was a spot of pee on the rim of the actual bowl) but I didn't say anything because it was so late when I got there that I went straight to bed. I did really love the little coffeeshop on the first floor that is open in the morning - it almost redeems the hotel itself. Efficient young women make excellent coffee and have pastries, while great music played in the background - a great way to get my day started.

We visited the city and went sightseeing daily. The hotel staff were professional. A refrigerator in the room would have been nice.

My partner and I stayed at the Bond Place Hotel while attending an academic conference in Toronto a few blocks away at the Sheraton/ Hilton downtown. With the exception of not providing free internet (it was available in rooms for an extra fee), the accommodations were the same as at any other two or three-star hotel. The staff was helpful, the rooms seemed clean and well-maintained and the location was extremely convenient - half block from the metro and just a few blocks from downtown.
