Comfortable rooms and affordability make for a great downtown choice
The clean and comfortable Bond Place Hotel enjoys an excellent downtown location within walking distance of many of Toronto's most popular attractions. Walk to a theater to see a play or visit an art gallery before getting a bite at a nearby cafe or stopping in to visit a friend at university. With stops right outside the door, guests can use Toronto's extensive subway and bus system to get around even faster.

Great value!
We weren't in the room very long, but the hotel staff was extremely nice, room was tidy, and a perfect spot to crash after the concert. Located in a pretty central area so venues were easily accessed! Great value!

Clean but pricey.
The Hotel was very well kept, the rooms were really small though and not enough amenities for price the they charge. I guess with the location being so good you pay for the convenience =)

not happy bed bugs
bed bugs
dont go to room 1118 bitten by bed bugs hotel manager refunded one night straight away moved room not happy will persue this my 13yr old bitten bad never in my 30 years in staying in hotels in airline experiance have i came across this

Very convenient location
Only 3 subway stops from train station, with streetcars just outside the door. Staff willingly provided a lighter blanket in lieu of the overly heavy comforter many hotels think we need. But the refrigerator whined the whole time--its normal operation--and I had to use earplugs to sleep. Why do hotels think we need them? I've never seen a quiet one--that's why I always travel with earplugs.

A complete letdown!
I chose the hotel mainly seeing how great the rooms looked in the photos but once we checked we found out the rooms look like an average hotel. Moreover the hotel has a parking site away from the hotel and we had to pay for parking. The only postive side was that the hotel is in downtown making it close to the city attractions.

Great stay
Good: - Close to all transport for Toronto - On the doorstep to the Entertainment District - Lovely, modern rooms with no clutter - Lifts are fast and frequent - Staff are friendly and polite - Beds are literally the best I've slept in any hotel so far Bad: - No frills hotel so no extras - Doors and walls a bit thin so clearly hear people next door flushing their toilets - No free wifi Tips: - Perfect for young couple who want to enjoy the city and just need somewhere to crash and sleep - Make sure you get a room away from the lifts and vending machines - Make sure you use the 'Do not disturb' door hanger - the maid going from room to room calling out 'housekeeping' is like an alarm clock

Make sure to check out the adjacent AMC cinema next to the main Eaton Center. Great place to eat and watch a movie but is easily missed due to the popularity of the Eaton Center.

No onsite laundry facility which can be inconvenient for longer stays. Close to Eaton Centre and subway. Room had a refrigerator, but would have been nice to have a microwave too. Clean rooms.
