BEST WESTERN PLUS Travel Hotel Toronto Airport

Fast, friendly and efficient check in. Room size - very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was rather good considering it was included in the rate. Only a 20 min. walk to the nearest bus stop which takes you to the subway system. Free transport to the airport. All in all a pretty good deal!

In your confirmation notice, unless I missed it, you did not have the address or telephone number for this hotel. There are a couple of Best Western properties near the airport, so there was some question as to which shuttle I needed. It would be helpful to inform customers where pick-up locations are at a particular airport. Otherwise the hotel was very good. Nice rooms, well appointed, recently updated, nice breakfast, pleasant staff.

*summer 2012! Well where do i begin. Stayed there for 15 days. You will find hair and crumbs in the sheets everytime. Went to the desk about 10 times cause the room key did not work. They say "free breakfast" but you have to have a colored piece of coupon thing FOR EACH GUEST ( which costs extra of you have any more than 1 person). The breakfast is hot ( drippin greasy bacon with oversalted eggs). The hotel staff is shady, they stare and dont say anything. The hallways are heated? In the summer? Wow. And the "hot tub" is like a giant bathtub....not quite a hot tub. No pool fyi.

Very clean room and a nice comfortable bed. A fridge and a microwave were in the room, along with a very nice flat-screen TV. There is a lot of work space. The included wifi worked with no issues and had decent speed. The bad: the walls are very thin, and the heater/AC very noisy. Just a 10 minute drive from the airport, and the shuttle was a new minivan, but you must call the hotel for the shuttle.

Staff were inattentive to my concerns of the room. The room heater was unusually load. There was no way to take a shower without flooding half of the bathroom. The television would turn on and off at a whim, waking me up in the early hours on two occasions.

Business trip in the Mississauga area. All the people at the front desk were vey friendly. They were knowledgable about the area. There directions along with travel times of my destinations were very helpful. Room very clean and check in and out very fast.

The shuttle was very good with very amicable drivers. The room and bed were well above average and very comfotable. We were very satisfied.

Definitely recomended!!, the only thing we missed is the pool. The whirpool was too hot for our five years old daughter. Excellent hotel. The included breakfast was very good. Overall rating 4.8.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and close to all of the great places in Toronto. Very clean and quiet and a smaller hotel meant for business travelers, but we were so impressed we would stay there again. A fantastic Italian restaurant is attached to the hotel and had the most amazing service and food. With amenities like coffee pot, free wifi, free continental breakfast, free parking and mini fridge and microwave in room we couldn't ask for more!
