Great place, great location, great price. I have no complaints with this hotel!

The property was just "ok". The room was clean, although it *desperately* needed a refresh. Very outdated, looks tired. In the restaurant, the breakfasts were good and the prices were affordable.

The hotel room was okay. The room airconditioning was not easy to control. Above all, the Staff was absolutely horribe. This is what happened: I checked in on Saturday and they gave a big room and I was happy and on Monday morning I was running to the meeting to attend the cleaning lady who met me asked me "when are you checking out?". I said I am supposed to be in the same hotel for next 2 days. She said that there was instructions to clean it. I went to the reception and asked. She said I have to move to another room!I asked why. They said my reservation is not for that room! I told no one informed me when I arrived. I said, I have a meeting which I have to chair and I can't spend time now shifting from one room to another. Thats it. The lady in the reception started shouting: "Don't Yell! Don't raise your voice".; "You will not get any help if you do so!" I was just talking in a complaining voice. But she started threatening me. It was too much for a person who is from India and a teacher and having visited USA for at least 25 times in 6 years! Nowhere in USA across the breadth anyone said I am a bullying person. I am really sorry to say that the staff started abusing me to cover up their mistake. I gave my card and "begged" them to give me some more timeand I would vacate in the evening after my meeting. That was the only way to keep my mind off this mess and lead my meeting. I am very much feeling let down. I will never come back to this site. The room reservation service provider (this we site) should have booked me in a room where I get at least peace of mind. Quarelling is the last thing in a alien country.

Our family loves Embassy Suites Hotel - but I discovered that this hotel has no connection with that Hilton chain. So my error. This hotel was obviously a converted appartment building, with two elevators, which per a sign have been under renovation for almost two months. So only one was working. The suite/appartment was clean & comfortable, but despite two double beds & pull-out couch, had only three bath towels. There was a room service menu, but we found out that their restaurant AND louge were closed from Dec. 24th to Jan. 1st.. So the amednities were not as billed and the hotel was overpriced, in my opinion. We should have stayed at the Holiday Inn next door.

Check-in was a breeze. Room was surprisingly large and clean. Internet was adequate. My biggest complaint is that I had to pay for parking.

Great hotel for the price. Location was perfect - right downtown. The room was nice and large, the staff were friendly, but the bed and pillow were not particularly comfortable. The heater/AC is centrally controlled so that's kind of annoying. For downtown, 10$ per night parking is great. Overall great value.

Excellent location right downtown. Close to a wide range of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Hotel is a bit 'outdated' and slightly rundown but not to the point that I was unsatisfied. Staff was friendly and helpful overall - they even gave me an upgraded room upon check-in. Room was comfortable and clean, and very spacious with a full kitchen. A great setup to stay for an extended period of time. I was disappointed that the computer in the business center was broken, but they do offer free internet if you bring your laptop.
