2 nights family
The hotel was very conveniently located, just off the 417 hwy which was excellent for travelling with the car. Another big bonus is that they do not charge parking fees. The rooms are clean and what you would expect from a 3 stars hotel. The queen beds are large enough. The staff was friendly. The morning buffet was also good, and for 12$ it does not get better. I did not have the time to check the pool or gym, but from the outside the pool looked ok.

nice place, with pool and sauna
good to have a hotel sometimes to relax in pool and sauna, taking a break from the traveling and sight seeing. right across a nice big mall where we went to have really good coffee and breakfast.

A great place for Ottawa visitors
This hotel is a bit east of downtown Ottawa but, being just of route 417, it is easy to get to and a convenient base for visitors. Very nice room, very helpful staff with maps and information about area attractions, and a first rate breakfast buffet. If you can book with the latter included you are likely to regard it as one of the best accommodation bargains on your trip.

Short drive from hotel
The Civilizations museum on the Quebec side of the river should not be missed; allow plenty of time for the 3rd floor history of Canada exhibit
