Huge room

We mostly loved the space we had in the two bedroom suite. Separate rooms make for a great night sleep when the other partner snores. I got up and went for a workout and didn't disturb my wife. I didn't like the fact that the maids wont clean the dishes, every time I used a fork or spoon I was afraid not to leave it clean or we'd be charged for it. That needs to be changed, other than that we would go back, as it's close to lots of dinning and bars.

Good week end!!

I went there for 2 nights, and I loved it, it's near Parliament hill, and you can easily walk to the heart of downtown Ottawa. The kitchen was clean and very useful. We also had problems to the hair dryer and we called the reception at like 1 am, and somebody was there in less thn 15 minutes to fix the problem, I would definitely go back there!

Awesome Hotel!

An all suite hotel, very comfortable beds!!! great location, near downtown attractions, good value, great staff, very clean and well mantained property, Room decor is a bit 90's but fine, all roooms have balconies, safe underground parking.

Great Location

Close to almost everything of interest - easy walking distance to main attractions. Good food outlets close by and lots of pubs.

Great value for families

The Cartier Place Hotel is located in a great pedestrian neighbourhood loaded with restuarants, pubs and coffee shops. The hotel is very close on foot to most of Downtown Ottawa and a 15 minute walk to the Byward Market. The hotel furnishings are very clean and well-kept but perhaps in need of eventual renovation/updating. This is a great location for families as the rooms feature separate bedroom(s) and a kitchen. In addition, there is a pool in the hotel, a childrens area and playgrounds in the neighbourhood. I have stayed at the Cartier Place Hotel before and will do so again.
