Quality Hotel Fallsview Cascade

My wife and I arrived at the hotel, after a 9 hour drive, a week before our reservations due to a mistake in the scheduling system. The hotel was fully booked as it was Saturday afternoon, but the manager promptly picked up the phone and called another hotel to find us a place to stay. She also gave us a parking pass for her own hotel lot to allow us to come back and park for siteseeing for free. We were to stay for both Saturday and Sunday, but we went to the competitor for only one night. (it was MUCH more expensive and not as nice) Sunday we returned to this hotel and the manager put us in a new room on the top floor (7th) with a view of the American Falls. The room was great! Parking was free, as was a very nice buffet breakfast at the neighboring restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for the staff, location, and accomodations. We had no complaints at all.

After reading a lot of reviews, we decided to choose the Quality Inn Cascade because it had very good reviews and the price was far cheaper than the mega resorts. We were traveling with family and reserved two adjoining rooms on a Saturday night stay. We were not able to check in early because they were fully booked. The location of the hotel is great because part of the reason we were coming to Niagara Falls was because of the Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville next store and Brasa and the casino across the street. Overall, everything was within walking distance of the hotel that we wanted to see. It was even a short walk to the falls. The rooms were modernly updated and overall were very nice. Our rooms were adjoining, which was really nice. In addition, we had a shared patio, although there was nothing to see as we were not high enough to see the falls on the second story. The only problem with the room was that the remote control wasn't the correct one for the tv, so I had to get up and manually adjust the television. In the other room, their only complaint was the air conditioning being really loud and after they turned it off, when they went to start it again in the morning, it didn't cool the room down. We alerted the hotel staff of both issues upon checkout. The pool was very nice and refreshing, and I was really surprised how well the enclosed room stood up to the elements since often times the heavy chlorine corrodes any exposed metal surfaces. The free parking was great as they charge a lot anywhere else you want to park. The major disappointment was the breakfast in the morning. The reviews I read really spoke well of the breakfast. But there were no fresh fruit options other than oranges, the pastries had a really funny chemical taste, and really nothing else was that good. We all looked forward to lunch later that day.

It was a fantastic location, very close to the falls and other great attractions and a fairly short walk to Clifton Hill. There was free parking and the staff was very helpful. The room was somewhat small and without a microwave or fridge. But considering I only spent time in the room to sleep, it was comfortable and a great deal overall. Would stay there again.

The location was fabulous--a couple minutes down the hill and we were at the Falls--and with NO parking problems! The room was small, but very well arranged and comfortable, and very convenient. The breakfast buffet was very nice--loved the Eggs Benedict and all the fruit!

Classy-looking room and bathroom decor. Superior location, with a view of the American falls as you walk out of the parking lot. Unfortunately, in our room the water pipe noise and fan noise from adjacent rooms was very loud and shutting the bathroom door didn't help. Garage parking (limited) helped to keep the spray off of our car overnight. Outdoor parking appeared to be plentiful.

The stay was great. The hotel was next to skytol - which is great for family with children. The rooms were clean and newly renovated. The bathroom had a nice vessel sink which was also made for children friendly- the sink was low. The tiles on the bathroom walls and floors were nice and modern. No fridge or microwave in the room. I stayed in 107 non smoking. The parking lot was free but not enough space. Came back late and waited 20 minutes for someone to leave. The walk going to Niagara falls is fine because it was down hill but going back was very hard because of the incline of the hill. Overall the price is right for a tourist attraction place.

Very modern clean rooms, great location (across the street from the casino-but NOISY. Lot of reveling and shenanigans going on in the parking lot. And speaking of parking lots, it was well lit (like being next to the sun). Problem with that is-the curtains do not close well, and at 3am your room is still lit up as if it were 3pm.
