Lincoln Motor Inn Fallsview

first of all, it is close to falls. although i can't see the view of the fall there, considering the price, it was ok. the room is old so first i could smell old stuff, but it was also ok. i got some free appetizer coupon and free shuttle coupon but they were just discount coupon. (but i used one in outback) i liked the size of the room and two bed room.

This hotel needs lots of up to date modifications. TV's are old. Very few channels and NO cable channels(HBO,SHO etc.). Beds are ok(clean at least). Rugs need to be changed(but I dont sleep on the floor). Pool wasn't open yet. Spa neither. I had room 59. My friends room 33(way more updated)!(except TV). They DO charge per nite for your car! I saw NO insects !!! Good Luck H&J

Not good We were told at 2:20 we couldn't check in until 3 as room as not ready and then when we checked 1st I was told there was a $10.44 a night parking charge which I was not told about when I booked the room and there was nothing about it on there website, told us that there was security in the parking lot that what the charge was for never say them. 2nd there was one towel in the room no face cloths 1 towel. I had to go downstair and get some because nobody answered the phone. 3rd no coffee machine when I asked about it the next morning I was told we had to request it and it was advertised as in room coffee.4th they advertised a restaurant with breakfast buffet it was closed.5th Advertised free in room movies never say any and was not informed of them at all in fact we got about 7 channels and 2 were french The next morning I went downstairs and requested the coffee machine and told them that we would need clean towels. An hour later we were in our room my husband was getting up and gettting dress next thing you know housekeeping was walking in and he was half naked they had let themself in with there keys not even knocking first. Later that day we came back the room and not been cleaned and no clean towels, once more I went downstairs and got them. The office was only open from 11am to 6pm. We left at 10:00 the next morning and nobody was there. We will never stay at this place again and we will never recomment if anything I will warn people to stay away

Our first room was too cold - while me wife was at the Casino I changed to another room and it was too warm! There was no temp control for the heated ner the bed. The staff was very friendly but these rooms need heating upgrades

The location and the low price (for that area) makes it workable. No big negatives, just generally run down. The attached restaurant also was OK, but nothing to write home about, only visited for breakfast. It was only a few blocks (approx. 3) to the funicular "Falls incline railway". The staff was nice. They allowed us to leave our cars in the parking lot for the afternoon, after we had checked out.

We arrive to the hotel on Sept. 15th,2011. and we reserved 2 rooms but they said that something happended to our rooms so they gave us the "Suite" (if this was a suite I cannot image the regular rooms) which had 3 beds and a sitting area. This people dont even had a computer they had our reservations in Index cards lol When we went to check out the room it was very scary! I almost cry! it was dusty, the carpet was filthy and stains all over, the couch was dirty with yellow stains... the sheets were ripped and smells bad! in the 3 nights we stay they never gave us towells, we had to ask for them, they never change the sheets and we found beer bottles and trash from previous guess on the floor behind a curtain... broken chairs, I can just go on and on! Just Terrible and dirty place.

They are charging for parking. The only advantages is near to Falls.

The good thing about this hotel is that it is located near the fall. The cleanlinesst of the room is not good, dirty carpet and dirty washroom. You get what you paid for.

This place was like a "No Tell Motel". The only good thing about it is that it was within walking distance of the Casino and the falls. There was no phone in the room. On my second day the maid did not leave ANY towels in the room. Since there was no phone, I had to walk to the front desk to ask for some. The bed was hard as a rock and the sheets did not fit. They used a coat hanger wire to keep the window closed and the A/C barely kept the room cool enough even though it was on maximum for my entire stay. I appreciated that I saved some money, but this will be the only time I stay at this dump.

A/c works very badly.The rooms and bathrooms needs to be fix, a pool as well. A breakfast did not have a simple meal such as a sereal and a milk.
