Solid stay

Customer service was great, solved our problem with no hesitation. Location was convenient for what we were doing in Niagara. I've stayed int he other towers and the rooms were nicer, but we also paid more for those rooms. Not that there was anything wrong with the room I was in, but it was less modern. Great hotel and Excellent service, will stay again 100%

Entertainment tip: Short walk from hotel

use the enclosed walkway over the road to get to the casino to avoid the cold! Get off elevator on 2nd floor!

Great Hotel!

Be sure to book this in advance, otherwise the rooms are all taken and u might end up paying the same rate for a horrible motel...

the good the bad and the ugly

plenty of stuff to do,maiden of the mist,african lion safari,and marineland was well worth the money. hotel had great view of the falls and kept very clean, The parking was ridiculous ,$20 to park in your own hotel and dont open the bottle water in your room it's $5.00,you better be ready to spend the money everything is very expensive.

Hilton Niagara Falls

Hotel with a grwat view of the American Falls right out the hotel window. Fireworks viewable over falls Friday amd Sunday around 9 p.m. in summer. Live 2 man band every night on Hilton patio, good American music. Casino across from hotel. Tip: Cheaper food court in back of mall with pizza, burgers, Quiznos, and Tim Horton. Can save a lot of $ with coupon books including half off Skylon second entry. Maid of the Mist not to be missed but expect a wet camera, water camera recommended no lockers available. Imax great film on the falls history and daredevils. Food rather expensive overall $17 salad lunches, $25-$50 per person dinner average. Tax 13% in Ontario plus liquor separate tax. Pool with waterslide was very nice and heated. Fitness center had just enough equipment but located over the pool giving runner's issues I overheard someone complain about.

Great place to stay

Stayed in Fallsview King Jacuzzi room. View was great and as advertised. Loved the waterslide and pool. Sauna was broken and fridge in room would've been a plus. Would stay again in the future though.

Hilton Niagara Falls

Room was spotless and the location within walking distance of the falls was great. The exercise room was much too small and lacked sufficient equipment for the size of the hotel. The TV was also old and small.
