Unexceptable
We went to see Niagara falls and I was disappointed with the area of this hotel. It is located at the end of the tacky Cliffton Hills area. More than the location I was totally disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom had a black hair in the tub and a clump of black small hairs on the top of the toilet cover. On the bathroom floor was a dirty toothpick. I decided that the bathroom was probably never cleaned. My husband asked that I not complain so that they would not use our toothbrush to clean the next day, if you know what I mean. I had to complain the next morning because I was disgusted when in the middle of the night I went to use the bathroom and my husband had left the toilet seat up, and down the back of the seat was a stream of feces stain. I was disgusted to say the least and marched down to say that neither my husband nor myself used the toilet in such a way to dirty it like that. The front desk manager was so understanding and her and the housekeeping supervisor came up to check out the problems and they cleaned it spotless. But because I booked through Orbitz, they could not refund or give me any conselation for the issues. Also the bed was so uncomfortable. I would never return here or recommend it although the staff was great.

Impossible to sleep
Although the room was on a smaller side, it was sufficient and clean. However, the blasting live rock music from the restaurant near by made it feel like we're in the middle of the rock concert and not in bed trying to sleep after a day of intense sightseeing. After calling to a night concierge, we learned that the restaurant refuse to turn it down. This continued until almost 4am. Needless to say, we didn't get any sleep. The hotel manager was very understanding and kind. However, the dispute between the hotel and restaurant owner may continue through undetermine period of time. Until then, get a room somewhere else.

Love romantic getaways
great location!
The location was great for the price! I was disappointed with the continental breakfast, there was a long line i stood in to get food for 15minutes just for some muffins and toast, there wasnt even cream cheese for the bagels and there were ants on the counter...ants and food...i lost my appetite! but the rest of the hotel's cleanliness seemed up to par. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Not What I expected
The location of the hotel was great and it was very nice being able to park our car and not worry about driving anywhere. However, the room was not the same as what had been pictured on the webcite. It was old and outdated. Also, the hot tub was barely a luke warm bath temperature. Overall I was not pleased with our stay.

Pretty ordinary except price
[...] It was $175 per room. They booked us in their second building, and the rooms were ridiculously tiny and smelled badly. The man at the desk allowed us to "upgrade" to smoking rooms in the main building that were good size and didn't stink too badly of smoke.
