Hot water/Toilet Issues

We stayed in Hotel for 2 nights and had a bad experience with toilet not flashing at night and who wants to call service at night? It was fixed for next day. The other problem was - no hot water on 1st day of our staying there and I forced myself to have bath in cold/slightly warm water. WRRRR! It was fixed next day. Location was good, 5 min from Niagara. Hotel was filled with school students, but noise was not horrible.

Close to Everything

This Days Inn was excellent for us. We were just in Niagara Falls overnight but I would have stayed here longer. The staff was excellent. We arrived about 3 hours early and even though the room wasn't ready, the manager let us park the car in their secure lot while we got on with our day. The location is a block from Clifton Hill. It's only a 5 minute walk to the sights and sounds but it's far enough that you can't hear the attractions when you're in your room. I will stay here again the next time we are in Niagara Falls and I'll recommend this Days Inn to anyone who asks.

Fantastic Winter Getaway

This hotel was great! We went to Niagara Falls for Spring Break (rather cold but off season so not a lot a lot of tourists) and by staying at this hotel rather than any of the Fallsview hotels we were able to spend more money on attractions and restaurants. Believe me you will see the Falls PLENTY during a stay at Niagara Falls. This hotel was in a great location, very close to Clifton Hill and a five minute walk to the Falls. Front desk staff were extremely helpful, especially in guiding us to the major attractions. Overall I would definitely stay here on future trips to the Falls.

Not a good place to stay

Very disappointing. Room not the cleanest. Sink in the sleeping area. Thin walls so you hear people in the hallway and rooms next door. Can't say anything good about the hotel. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Skip thiis one.

Great Value if you don't care about a Falls View

After searching prices and reviews for all the Canadian side hotels at the Falls hoping to find a good deal on a Falls view room for my wife and I to stay at on our vacation, we ultimately decided a view of the Falls was not that important to us and we went with the Days Inn & Suites. This turned out to be a good decision for us, as we were able to see the falls PLENTY of times from a number of places. The savings on our hotel enabled us to spend a lot more money on entertainment and meals. The Days Inn & Suites is located on Clifton Hill which is about a two or three block walk from a picturesque view of the American Falls, and a quick car ride or long walk to the Horseshoe Falls. The Clifton Hill area is full of family type things.. (waterpark, haunted houses, skywheel, etc) so this a good place for family fun within a walking distance. If you're into finer dining and casinos though you'd be better off staying over by the Embassy Suites, Marriott, Oaks. The Days Inn & Suites staff was very nice, the room was clean and very spacious. The only complaint I had was that Saturday night the hotel was full of kids partying til 4am. There was constant yelling, cursing and even a fight out in the hall. Didn't get much sleep that night. We visited in mid November, so Niagara was a ghost town until the weekend, when apparently kids come to party at the cheaper hotels. We didn't get in the pool b/c it looked moldy at the bottom. Overall though, a good deal for a clean, comfortable and pretty convenient room. I'd recommend this place for a family visiting in the summer that wants a good deal and close proximity to most things.

Money-saving tip: Short drive from hotel

Rather than paying $15 to park at the Canadian Falls, go over to the American side on Goat Island (where Cave of the Winds is) and park there for $5 and you can walk down the Canadian Horseshoe Falls from this side and see the exact same view (in my opinion a little better view) as you can on the Canadian side and save yourself $11. Cave of the Winds tour is cheap and worth it too if you're already there!

Wrong Room

Booked a King room and got double queen. Too late at night to change. Mattress was uncomfortable. Hotel convenient for a walk to see the falls. An OK stay but with disappointments.

Close to attractions

Weird mirrors behind the bed, you have to pay to park while staying there! Also no complimentary breakfast. Close to attractions though and fairly comfortable.
