Super 8 Mississauga

Comfortable room, slept better here than at more expensive rooms. Restaurant, variety store and fuel right on property.

I spent two days. No complaints. Room was clean and even bigger than I needed (two big double beds.. I was alone). TV had useful local and national channels. Breakfast at restaurant was basic, but free for guests. Internet access for my laptop fast and quality good... great for business and email use. Parking was free.. much better system than some big hotel companies have. Gasoline station and convenience store right on the site, so no need for travel to downtown areas for small essential things. Location not in a scenic or downtown-city area but not far for those with a care. Near to Toronto airport-- which is a real convenience for travelers. Also near to superhighways 401 and 407 and 403 for those going on to other areas. Far from downtown Toronto, but my business was NOT there anyway.

THE HOTEL WAS GOOD, BUT THE STAFF AT THE RECEPTION WAS NOT GOOD NOR POLITE. THEY TAKE A DEPOSIT WITHOUT TELLING YOU THE AMOUNT OF THE DEPOSIT AND THE REASON. THEY ALSO REFUSED TO PRINT AN INVOICE OR A BILL

The room we had turned out to be infested with bed bugs. My boyfriend's back was covered the next day with about 40 bites. We are positive they are bed bugs seeing as we had to deal with a previous infestation that took months to rid. We got a $40 refund but I don't feel like this is enough considering we had to spray down everything and have it dry cleaned afterwards and the possible risk involved of us having them. AVOID THIS PLACE.

the restaurant is reasonably priced. but the complementary breakfast should include eggs at the very least.

Unfortunately we didn't have time to take advantage of the pool or free breakfast... but did use the free wireless internet. The coffeepot and hairdryer supplied in each room certainly made it more enjoyable. Being able to watch the planes land and take off was also a treat for both the kids and adults. The room was clean and tidy, the beds were very comfortable, the staff was polite/friendly/ and very helpful. * For an additional $40. we were able to extend our check-out time to 5 pm. Perfect! The only thing that would have made it better was if it had a little bar-type fridge. * There's a Tim Horton's just across the street! For the price... it doesn't get any better. Even the kids were impressed. I'd certainly stay there again in the future. Orbit made the booking super simple and stress free. * The restaurant downshairs (Husky) is also a truck-stop... so you KNOW the food was Great!

the hotel is good bad internet never work

I was first time in Toronto. This hotel have good connection to hiway{401,410,403} and airport. Staff is friendly. I stay in 2rooms suites. Realy big rooms. Clean.

Staff was very very helpful and pleasant. [...] at the front desk, was an exception. She went over and beyond each and every time we needed her help. She help to make our stay one to remember. We laugh like we knew each other for long time. I have a new friend in Canada.

Here's my review of this hotel: It was my first visit to Toronto - I had some business in downtown on Saturday and wanted to see the city on Sunday. I was driving my own car, so I didn't really need to be near the airport. I was hoping to find a rather inexpensive, but quiet and clean place to stay. I was reluctant to stay near the airport or major freeways, because I thought it would be noisy, but price and proximity to downtown led me to choose this one. Noise from the airport was nothing compared to this. Hotel was very simple. Room was clean enough, though not perfectly clean. Light switch in the bathroom also turned on the fan which was unbelievably noisy, to add to the whole frustration. No particular complains about the staff. The area around the hotel was mostly filled with warehouses, so nothing pleasant there. So, if you can overlook all of the above, it's an inexpensive place to stay near the airport. But I would not recommend it at all...
