Novotel Toronto Mississauga Cntr

It is nice place to stay ..but beawar .. $12 for parking is expensive...

There's a Mall within 2 blocks, Toronto can be seen, also great Mississauga City views. Enjoyed every minute, walked around taking pictures, Great shots!!!

I booked a smoking room with two double beds for my co worker and I. When we got to our room we noticed we were given a non smoking room, so we called to get the room switched, when we walked into the new room we were given only 1 queen size bed to share, I was too tired at this point to change rooms again. The rooms need to be updated, burn marks in the carpet everywhere. Nothing special about these rooms. The location is perfect though. The staff was very friendly.

Very impressed with the customer service. This booking site did not fax in my reservation so the clerk spent a good half hour with them on the phone to sort the whole thing out. The room was very clean and nice enough, it's not luxurious but a great stay for the price. Would go back.

The hotel located is great, but the hotel itself is below average.. I'm staying for 23 days and still have to pay for the fridge & single night parking..! Also the Xbox at the entrance used to be a nice entertainment for the kids is not working for the past week (the finally removed it completely, also the Jacuzzi is out of order for the past ten days and finally the Wi-Fi speed is extremely slow..! Anyway its an average stay for quick visits to Mississauga but its not a real Novatel so don’t get fooled by the brand...

The hotel staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding especially the wonderful pastries. The only annoyance was the very stuffy, un-air conditoned hallways.

It was ok. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. I found that too many things were extra's....eg parking. The mini bar was not a good thing. If you even moved anything out, it was charged. We just moved a few beers out to accomodate our own and then had to have someone come up and check that we had not used theirs. This was an inconvenience.

There is a daily parking charge $12. I wish it can be free for occupants who stay in the hotel.The space for each parking is very tight, so you need to be careful if you drive a van or SUV.However, I like they have free internet service for each room. It is great!

I selected this hotel because we were travelling to Mississauga for the holidays. They were convienently located, and pet friendly (I was travelling with our cat). The room was clean. I had requested a room with 2 double beds, and there was too much extra furniture (a chair and a table) that made the room cramped. Also, when I checked in, there was no one to assist me with unloading my car. I want to point out that the driveway is in full view from the front desk. I had to unload 5 suitcases and my pet and my infant child with no assistance. When I got to the desk to check in, I asked for help, and someone came to assist. There was no shortage of empolyees, but they weren't helping me by hiding behind the front desk. That was the worst of it.
