Adequate but average
Room was cold & took a while to warm up. The down comforter was heavenly. Parking was extra - $16. Room service was VERY expensive for what I got. The room cost itself was quite reasonable.

Great short-term stay!!
I stayed at this hotel for two nights. It's located in a kind of tricky place, I mean, it took me a while to find it (though it was my fault I didn't have a gps system with me). The staff is great, very friendly, rooms are nice, location is a bit confusing.. Courtesy shuttle to the airport, paid parking.. I would recommend this hotel to people)

Great location
We have stayed at other Delta hotels and we like this chain very much. The staff at this location are all very friendly, they ensure the room is clean and all your needs are met. Will stay there again and recommend it,

Worst front desk staff
Front desk staff very unprofessional and rude. Wifi only in lobby Internet did not workin room Movies did not work Rooms very old and dated Restaurant staff was great! Parking is expensive

Great overnight!
Stayed at this hotel for an overnight before a flight early the next morning. Was able to leave my car there for 8 days during my trip for no charge!. Updated hotel with decent food in lobby restaurant. Easy to find and easy trip to airport.

Overpriced and poor quality
The check-in desk didn't have any record of my reservation and I had to prove I had one by signing in to [...]. The room had ants and I got moved to another room that was of lower quality then the one I was in. The food was served quickly and was quite good but was also way over priced! This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

pay for parking?- yea right!
Staff was very polite and accomodating. Hotel location is ideal and near the highway. If you are renting a car for travel- you are better off getting a hotel in toronto or a surronding area. Thus- you pay less or nothing for parking. $15 a day for parking is crazyyy! Hotel is primarily for buisness travelers or a very short stay. I wouldnt go back unless someone else is paying for the room. I'm sure I could get more bang for my buck else-where and be closer to the action- wo/ paying for parking.
