Nice Hotel but too far from Downtown
Nice hotel but too far from downtown. There was a mall full of asian stores and restaurants. Food was great there. There was a very nice YMCA not too far from there.

Clean and average
Nice hotel, undergoing renovations when I stayed. Staff was helpful, rooms were clean and spacious with all usually amenities. The hotel restaurant was quite good with dinner and breakfast - with a 10% discount provided by hotel. There was nothing within walking distance - shops or extra restaurants. This may be a draw back for business travellers without transportation.

Great rooms for the price
The room is very clean when compared to other hotels I stayed that are priced even higher than this one. It has refrigerator, microwave, desk, chair, & small sofa. The bathroom has modern shower & marble top sink.

nice overnight getaway
The hotel was very nice. Great location and amenities! Room was clean. One improvement is needed in the restaurant only. The staff person that was working in the hotel restaurant definitely needs training. She was not knowledgable or attentive. Preoccupied with the telephone and television. I would stay at the hotel again and eat elsewhere.

Good value in a decent location
Hotel was under renovation, so not in perfect shape, but the section was largely closed off, so not noticeable to everyone who goes there. Courteous staff, decent room with all of the standard items. Hotel is very convenient, right off Highway 7, and one minute away from the 404.

Better than expected for our international business trip!!
This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way!! We were in the area for business and had a lot of questions about things. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful...explaining everything about public transportation and calling cabs for us when we needed it. The hotel itself was under renovation but everything we saw looked amazing. The room was by far better than we expected! The beds were AMAZING, as was the bathroom and shower...all of the amenities in the room were great! We accidently blew a fuse by having too many hairdryers running at the same time but they had our power turned bak on only minutes after us notifying the front desk. The restaurant staff were very friendly, we just didn't think the food was too good. All in all the hotel was GREAT and was perfect for the price!
