Delta London Armouries

The staff was very accommodating and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. they sent us Chocolate Covered Strawberries and wine after I mentioned it was our Honeymoon :)

The hotel is downtown. Very close to the convention center. It is also 5 min walk toRichmond street where many restaurants available and to the farmers market which is great for good coffee. But a word to the ladies to be carefull returning to the hotel at night. The only positive thing about the hotel is the staff. They are very helpful. Otherwise I do not recommend this hotel. It was much overpriced for what it is. Very old with no renovations. The carpet gives the impression it is dirty and smelly. I ordered a salad and cheese platter in my room for dinner and I paid 40 dollars for beaten salad and unwashed apple. They do not have safety deposit box in the room, instead there is those old boxes in the reception where you have to go and ask some one to get access to your stuff in a not clean back room. I am also disappointed in [...], I extended my stay and the hotel gave me 40 dollars cheeper rate. Over all not impressed neither by the hotel nor by [...]. I really feel being robbed. I travelled a lot and seen many hotels and to pay that much for old fussy TV and dirty food is too much

Traveled to London for my daughter's wedding and stayed at the Delta Armouries for four nights. Rather than talk about the hotel itself - which was very good, I would like to compliment the staff - all of them were exceptional. We arrived late in the evening and needed to change rooms to accommodate my brother's limited mobility, this was done pleasantly and correctly by the front desk. The bar staff, the restaurant staff, the concierge, housekeeping, everyone was friendly, accommodating, efficient, tolerant of our demands and bad jokes. A most enjoyable experience, well done staff of the Armouries

It was exactly what we were looking for while attending a party in London then a funeral in Windsor the next day. Snack plate sent up when we first sat down in our room was delightful.

Room next door had a small dog that barked and yipped all night. Very young children occupied hot tube till 10:00 at night when it closed. In morn hot tub out of order and pool was cloudy at 6:45 am when complained in morn nothing done about it

The room was comfortable. Our favorite wsa relaxing in the Bathrobes that came with the room! Also enjoyed the food at the Hotel Grille! THe bathroom was small, and no fan while you showered. So it got pretty warm in there! We were close to Restaurants and downtown shopping too.
