Manage your expectations
The services were fine. reception was friendly food at the restaurant( room service ) was excellent, Gym was acceptable. Pool and games area for kids looked neat. The only negative was that the rooms and hallways were in need of a refreshing but at the price [...], I have nothing to complain about

Great Service
This hotel was great. I was only in town for 1 night and I wasn't too familiar with the city. I had to attend a conference in Waterloo and the staff at the front desk were very helpful in helping me find the fastest way there.

Delta Kitchener
My brother is going to the University of Waterloo, so the family decided to take him there. It was very prime location for that purpose, and a lot of people have stayed there when sending their children off to the University. This was actually recommended by other students, because of its price and convenient location. I was expecting something less than average but it exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this hotel to others who have similar purposes.

Nice People Made The Difference
The property has a tremendous amount of potential. It has a score of activities icluding an extensive gym, a bowling lane, mini golf, a great pool and a decent restaurant. It even has free parking for cars. We stayed here after a day at the various local sites. It was great to combine a country experience during the day and a city experience at night. The Delta staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Pho 95 is a great Vietnamese restarant near the hotel. It looks a bit "sketchy" but is cheap and the food is incredible.
