Disappointed
We recently we in town visiting friends before their wedding. The front desk was helpful and polite. The rooms were a huge disappointment. They were not clean. I found hair from the last guest in our sink. The hotel is rundown and needs to be redone. I wasn't expecting anything upscale but I was expecting something more decent considering the comedy club is attached.

bad, very bad
You will find two buildings on this hotel. The main one is decent enough to be rated as awful. The second one should be considered as disgusting and at a level of sanitary pretty close to a $10.00/night room. Air conditioning does not work. Beds sheets are barely washed. The famous free WIFI is simply nonexistent. This hotel is simply a fraud. A pure fraud and I am still amazed why Howard & Johnson company is still running a franchise to the present owner.

Twas An Interesting Evening
The hotel itself is really nothing special. Not accessible (no elevator, etc) which was a hassle. We were greeted by a handful of people leaving and then the police arrived and there was a patron being unruly and whatnot who eventually was arrested and taken away. Not sure we'll go back to that hotel again.

Central location great for my needs
The hotel though older was clean and the staff were fantastic. I will however be in touch by phone as they had a plumbing problem and have told me that i will be receiving a 25% discount for 2 of the nights due to this problem

Not bad
Our first room had a very noisy air conditioner. On the first night, a different room was assigned. Staff was helpful.

Clean and Respectable
The staff was very friendly from the moment I checked in. Room was respectable and clean. The door was a bit hard to close, we had to slam it each time we were leaving. Other than that, there were plenty of clean towels and toiletries. I really have no complaints about this place, and I would definitely stay here again.
