We booked a non smoking room and when we got there all they had was smoking... Smoking rooms suck!!! See full review

Got smoking instead of non-smoking room

[...] We asked for a non-smoking room at least for subsequent nights; they claimed to be fully booked for days ahead - however, the next day I witnessed a walk-in guest requesting and getting a non-smoking room. The smoking room we got was so stinky, I couldn't breath and didn't sleep well. Our friends who stayed in a room on a different floor couldn't sleep either, but for a different reason: there was a wild biker party going on for much of the night, with people running and screaming in the hallway. Hotel's personnel did try to calm them down, but didn't succeed.

There's a strip mall close to the hotel, with a McDonalds, a big supermarket, etc.

The mattress was not good. Needs replacing
