Imperial Inn 1000 Islands

Gananoque is the good starting point for the Gananoque Boat Tour for the St. Lawrence Seaway. The 2 and half hours cruise offers spectacular views of the 1000 Islands. Nevertheless, the Imperial Inn is disappointing. There is practically no guest except us (and we pre-booked!) The room is small with a musty smell. There was no room service the next day after our first night stay. Even the ice machine was out of order. We had to prepare our own ice using the ice cube tray in the room fridge. Wonder how it got a 3 star rating at the [...]site!

We stayed here and was impressed that it was very clean and taken care of.Everyone was friendly and the price was very impressive.For a stay in the 1000 Islands area this place ranked just as well as most of the other big name places so to speak.We would go back again.We suggest Imperial Inn to all travellers going through the Gananoque 1000 Islands area.Its clean,affordable and decent.

We stayed for an overnight visit here because it was clean and cozy and the hotel was not trying to steal an arm or leg from us.Employees were really nice and we enjoyed our stay here.If you just need somewhere to sleep that is clean and affordable and decent enough,Imperial Inn is perfect to suit those needs.We recommend this place to anyone and we ourselves will be back next time in the area.

We went to the 1000 Islands in Gananoque for a few days to getaway and take a boat cruise.We found the Imperial Inn and was very impressed.The room was clean and comfortable and for people on a tight budget it fit just what we were looking for.This is not a Sheraton or Hilton Hotel but it is clean affordable.It is well maintained and has everything you need for a decent stay over.The staff were nice also.There was coffee in our room,access to the internet.Lots of TV channels.We were overall very happy.We would go back again and stay.

Our room was very nice and clean.The staff was very friendly and nice and helpful to deal with.We had everything we could want including coffee and free wireless internet.The property was in good shape and well kept.If you want good value for your money this is a good place to stay and it close to everything.They even have these nice little houses or chalets to choose from in the back section if you like your privacy.We will be back.

The hotel was generally OK. The rooms are clean. They have a TV, little fridge, and small bathroom however with the tub. Service vas OK. Internet was free and worked well. The only problem were pillows, maybe it was a personal taste, but they were uncomfortable. I didn't ask, maybe they would give some other type if I did.

the quality of the materials inside the room ( the blankets, bed, sheets, TV etc) was very bad, most of the rooms are separate units. overall the rate was low but the quality was much lower compared to the rate.

We liked Imperial Inn because our room was super clean and the staff was super friendly.It is not 5 star,but it is clean and saves you money and gives all you need.The Inn and grounds are well kept.We even were given a fridge in our room.There was fresh clean towels,nice TV,coffee and internet as added extras.The Imperial Inn made sure we had everything we wanted when we requested it.They go the extra mile for you.You can see they work very hard at making their customers happy.We recommend it to anyone who wants good value and to save a buck.It is very well worth the money.We will be back and we will be telling all our friends to stay there.

The hotel was superb and the rooms were very nice and very clean.Our room was spotlessly clean.We enjoyed our stay here and we thought all the workers and staff were very pleasant and nice.We enjoyed our stopover alot.We loved the location and the price was very reasonable.We will be back in the very near future.We highly recommend.This is a very worth while nice decent place to stay and most importantly very clean.

We stayed at the Imperial Inn for a weekend getaway to the 1000 Islands.We were very happy and pleased with the the overall stay.The rooms were very clean and the pool was refreshing.The staff was very friendly and we for sure found the best price in Gananoque after shopping.It is not a 5 star hotel,but the price and value are excellent,and the grounds were nice and kept.It has all the essentials needed in a room and for a nice getaway and is also very quiet.The Chalet rooms behind the main buliding are very charming and lovely and very adorable.We truly enjoyed our stay at Imperial Inn and we will be back next time when we visit.
