3rd time

Would recommend Tue, Jul 24, 2012
My wife and I have stayed here 3 times. The hotel is now fully renovated. It has a lot of good things about it including a reasonable set of exercise equipment, a large indoor pool, and a free continental breakfast (I really don't eat anything, but the coffee is passable). Great location in downtown Cornwall. Right on the main road with plenty of restaurants. And it still beats sleeping at the in-laws.

It's OK. Good location.

This is an ordinary hotel in a great location in downtown Cornwall. Easy access to the St. Lawrence river, water sports, the 401, gas, etc. And right next door to St. Hubert chicken (yum). Hotel is non-smoking but our room had a faint smokey odor to it...not enough to complain given we spent little time in the room. Guests frequently stand right outside the exits and smoke. Free breakfast is entirely forgettable. But, it saved me from sleeping at my in-laws!

Dining

Try St. Hubert's roast chicken. It's right next door.

Excellent location, recently refurbished

Would recommend Tue, Aug 4, 2009
My wife and I were visiting family on the St. Lawrence river. The location was great...right next to St. Hubert restaurant and in the middle of Cornwall. Easy access to the river. Despite the fact it was the weekend of the Highland Games, the hotel was quiet (even when bagpipers were practicing in the parking lot). It was just what we were looking for. Rooms were clearly refurbished in the last year or two. Staff were friendly too.

Attractions

St. Lawrence river: boating, fishing, biking, etc.
