Great value!
This is an old mansion with big wide spaces. We had a huge room with a walk-in closet, king size bed, sofa and jacuzzi, breakfast included (although we had to leave before breakfast). Not for those with mobility problems, it's an uphill walk from Water St., and no elevators so you have to haul your luggage up the stairs.

Cabot House
after meeting the manager, we immediately cancelled. His demeanor and arrogrance was so over whelming that we did not feel safe. And after he finally found the reservation, we were informed that our room was in the basement... What was posted on the side was far from the actual look, with a lot of clutter and trash, let alone the smell.
