A little small...

We only stayed one night so it wasn't too bad but, if we had been there for longer the size of the room would have been a problem. Otherwise, all else was fine - what you expect from a 3 star North American hotel; clean, helpful staff, etc.

Below average

First off the thing that really bothered me was the service. Snotty and almost unprofessional. I wasn't aware that I had to pay for parking. The counter person did not mention that at check in. I only found that out at checkout time! The suite was not bad altho the beds were a little uncomfortable as there were lumps and dips in the mattress. Noise travels through the walls very easily, not much noise insulation between the walls. The only thing that I really liked about it is that it is basically a 2 min walk into the heart of the village and close to the gondolas.

Perfect except...

Everything was great except for the wireless internet, which didn't quite reach to my room. I told the staff about the problem and they were unable to solve my problem and did not offer to move my room, even though I had only checked in minutes earlier. Other than that, staff was very nice and room was great.

honest service

the hotel was over book when we check in late but they managed to settle us into a better hotel with a up-grade room with a balcony. off course we enjoy the stay at the other hotel. Listel staff are sure first class all the way & they even throw in free over-night parking which was unexpected. thanks for a very nice experiance.
