ResortQuest Rentals at The Marquise

The Marquise offers great ski access at an attractive price... the ski-in/ski-out access trail, which leads to Blackcomb Mtn's Cruiser run (ski conditions permitting), is right across the street and within 50 metres (2 min.) walking distance. For summer, it's a short walk to golf, Whistler's Valley Trail and Lost Lake Park. Conveniences included in this welcoming 6-storey condominium lodge are a guest services desk, comfortable lobby. Hotel does not guarantee beddings it may be different.

Parking Fees: $16 per day plus tax

No Daily Maid Service - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. A touch up clean and towel and linen change are included once every 4 days for stays of 5 nights or longer. Additional housekeeping services are available for a fee.

The minimum age is 25 years for all occupants of the room. The primary occupant and credit card holder must be at least 25 years old for all new bookings for all ResortQuest Whistler managed properties. Arrivals between Nov 22, 2012, and April 30, 2013: the individual making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation and have a valid credit card in their name. Additional restrictions may apply.

All registered occupants must produce photo identifications to register, as well as a credit card in their own name to be used for Security Deposit. Security deposit varies by size and type of unit, and may also vary by season. Guests may be asked to sign a noise and damage waiver.
