Good location, somewhat cramped...
The hotel was a great price and very close to the main Whistler villiage shops, etc. We walked to and from the shops and hotel several times and it was very convenient. The room itself was ok. No complaints about the cleanliness. But it was a bit cramped. The bathroom had very little counter space and there was very little room between the bed and the walls.

Great Christmas vacation
great room and well equipped with kitchenette Thought on line we were booking a 2 bedroom but whe nwe got there we foudn 1 room and we had our adult son with us . When we spoke of our dilema to the desk clerk on Christmas eve no less, he went way out of his way to find a really great deal on an avaialbe room next door. This is supurb service in my book and we will definately stay again. location was great and the room beautiful

Great location at a Great Price
This was ideal for our weekend away. Staff were extremely helpful and location is an easy walk to the village and lifts. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome staff and nice, well located hotel
The staff were amazing - including free parking for us, giving us late check-out and recommending restaurants. The gym leaves something to be desired but it's nice that they have one.

My day at The Pinnacle
What I don't like is the late check in time and early check out time. For the price, I should get at least 24 hours. Or get to check in at least by 12:00 noon.

Boutique with Botox
we,ve always stayed at The Westin, and for nearly the same money The Pinnacle just is not in the same league. Very helpful and pleasant staff, but rooms are a little tired and it's close to The Village, but at the lower less exciting end.

Unbeatable location for the price
enjoyed outdoors swimming pool and it's quieter than last hotel. It is very worth staying.
