The location was good, right near the lifts and shops. Rooms were noisey, beds were hard. Staff was barely responsive to our needs, insisting that the parking was an "amenity" not necessarily "free" despite having been questioned directly about
this before arriving. They told us the "free parking was in lot 4" which was a very long unsafe walk from the hotel, which had parking underground. this parking was $16 a night. NO MENTION OF THAT IN ALL THE PROMOS OR WHEN WE CALLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We don't ski, but we weent up as sightseers on the lift at Blackcomb. Unfortunately we came at a time when the peak to peak gondola was not working... well worth the $32 lift ticket anyway. What a view...even saw a black bear under the chair lift!
